St. Luke's hosted the Last Saturday Supper in December (New Year's Eve, no less!) and served 55 meals at Ascension, Amherst. Many thanks to all who donated food, helped set up and serve and clean up afterwards. Special thanks to the Ascension folks who helped!
St. Luke's participates in cooperation with three other Episcopal Churches in Amherst County that provide a free dinner on the last Saturday evening of each month at Ascension Episcopal Church in the town of Amherst. Dinner is served from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. Please come join us!
On Sunday, October 16, 2011, St. Luke's celebrated our annual PICNIC ON THE PEDLAR. The potluck picnic was held after the 1 p.m. service. The church provided hot dogs and hambergers. This is a lovely time of year on the river and a great opportunity to come join us for a special time!
In 2005, we dedicated a new bell.
